Purchase of goods and services to customers does not end with payment, even though the customer will not need that particular item again. Remember the customer could be having so many friends and relatives that he/she could direct to your products. Therefore, the way you treat a customer matters. If its a service, let the customer feel free to contact you as they continue enjoying the service. You can offer some after sales services like fix phone line for free in order to retain that one customer. A customer can use that one thing to bring so many clients to your business. At the end of the day, you will notice that its worth it after all. Remember, there are so many companies offering the same or similar services like you in the markets, and success in the market will be determined by the number of customers you will manage to retain at the end of the day.
