Communication is essential in business. This is because it is the only way a costumer and a seller will be able to come to an agreement in a certain issue. If a buyer does not want a certain thing in the deal they are about to make with the seller then he needs to speak it out in order for the seller to know about it so as to come to an agreeable deal. When dealing with an online seller or an online service provider, the consumer needs to know how they can communicate to them in order to get only what they need and only what they are ready to pay for. In case of a problem, say you were overcharged by eBay for a certain service, the consumer needs to feel free to ask for ebay refund, otherwise he may not be able to deal with eBay again and the service provider will not know why you are cutting links with him. Emailing such a service provider and stating what you need is the way forward.
