If a certain game has being failure for several times they need comfort from people and especially the leaders. There are team leaders who make the players to give up more and more everyday because they keep shouting to them and throwing bad words to them. This makes the players to continue doing badly because of the anger of the leaders. Even if players keep on failing, they don’t have to be told how lazy and bad they are because they will keep on being discouraged and they will never work hard. Such a group needs motivation in sport by being encouraged all the time. They should be told how good and potential they are but not pushing them to the limit. Motivation gives them mood to continue working hard and active in the game without giving up hope. They should be cheered up when in field whether they win or lose should be told they have tried. They should be shown love by people both from leaders and those who love to see them playing. |

In this life, there are things that we have to do frequently so that things can remain in order. Doing this actions at times does not bring a lot of pleasure, in fact, people do it because they have to do it not because they want to do it. I suppose you could guess what one of those things is, doing household chores. If you have children and you assign to each one of them a particular chore they will do it but will be a lot of grumbling. Something else that men do not like doing especially with the women in their lives, it is shopping. Your wife, daughter, or even your sister can take you to several stores, because not everything they want is in one store. She could take you from one part of the town to another. Why don’t you just take to a place where you can do One Step Shopping? The best place is the mall for this is Where all the stores are close together and at the same premises. If she wants shoes, then you will take her to shoe store, if it is lingerie they want, not far from the shoe store, you can get the lingerie store. |
